8th Assignment: 3rd Version

This is a picture I took of a little statue wrapped in fake pearls. I posterized the photo more than the previous ones to get rid of the unnatural looking colors.

8th Assignment: 2nd Version

7th Assignment: 3rd Version

Northern lights. They fade into an effect other than pixeling because I really do not like the pixel effect.

7th Assignment: 2nd Version

I didn't like the pixel filter the exercise used, so I used a different kind of filter to achieve the same basic principle. Go track and field!

7th Assignment: 1st Version

Slightly pixelated peacock.

3rd Assignment: 3rd Version

Moccasin Flower, originally black and white. I softened the opacity of the White stroke line to keep the picture from being sharp and startling.

3rd Assignment: 2nd Version

Usain Bolt with his world record in the 100 meter dash.

3rd Assignment: 1st Version

Tree Pose in a Sunset. I changed the background using Hue and Saturation to contrast it with the smaller image.

2nd Assignment: 3rd Version

Yoga Pose: The subject is not highlighted, everything else is. I didn't use the 'stroke' option because it made it too heavy.

2nd Assignment: 2nd Version

Golden Gate Bridge: The Cables and the far end of the bridge were a little to intricate to 'lasso', so I made do.

2nd Assignment: 1st Version

Statue of Liberty

1st Assignment: 3rd Version

Sunset 2: This sunset was created WITHOUT using the 'colorize' button. I wanted to preserve the color contrast and brilliancy of the original picture.

1st Assignment: 2nd Version

Sunset: As soon as I click the 'colorize' button on the Hue/Saturation window, this picture started to look dull and monochrome. I also experimented with white lines instead of black ones.
